I believe it doesn't expires once you submited with/after 485.
Unless they doubt on somthing or becz missing some info they may ask to specficly redone,
The validity expires after 15 months but for the past two fiscal years, by administrative orders, US BCIS have extended the validity, so that the medical report remains valid if your final adjudication comes this year. By dint of past two years experience the validity might be extended again.
