Medical Exam Question

I have a couple of questions about medical examination.

1) At what stage do we have to undergo medical examination - before I140 or I-485?

2) If the GC applicant's spouse is pregnant at the time of medical exam and not able to take the immunization will it in anyway delay the whole GC process?

Don't worry about the pregnency and the immunization. There might be an RFE issued
to ask for doing the immunization after you
deliver. It's also possible no RFE at all.

Medical Exam

I was in the same boat last year ( My wife was pregnant and have to do medical) . If you explain to the doctor ( most of them dont care) about your situation - they would just take blood - without asking your wife to go about doing all other test.
