Medical exam how long is it valid

If a medical exam is done for at the 485 stage how long is it valid.if we want to file the 485 in december can the medical be done in aug02 or sept02 and 485 filed dec 02 .
 
Whats the hurry. Medical exam takes just 3 days. Unless there is an anticipated medical emergency which might prevent you from going through the medical exam, wait till you get I-140 approval (or until you are ready to file 485).

But, wait a minute, If you have I-140 in process, you can file 485 right now (unless you are waiting to be married or something).
