medical exam forms

we recently got an interivew notice from vermont center with medical exam forms enclosed. but we had submitted this form when we first applied for 485. the checklist in the package says that "if you have not submitted the form before, you need to do the exam and bring the form to the interview." question is, if we have submitted before, do we need to do the exam again?

anyone has done physical exam twice? any experience?
