Medical Exam Form I-693 (Original or Downloaded???)

The INS surgeon that performed our medical exams told us that INS does not accept the internet downloaded forms for I-693 but only the original.

I was wondering if anybody here has used the internet downloaded forms for the medical exams and had any problem from INS???

Please advice me.

There is no reason why INS shouldn't accept downloaded forms for medicals. But it looks elegant if you use the printed forms. They really look compact and good. It will have a very good impact visually when the INS officer looks at your file.

It hardly takes a week to get those forms if you order on the net.
