Medical done before REI?

Medical done before RIE?

Just theoritically speaking, can those people with ND 2004 have their medical done in the next couple of months, then send it to their service center? So they could process the case without an extra step of REI.

The results of the medical examination are generally valid for only 12 months, so the timing is very critical in this game

hi. you can do the medical but wait until you get the request notice for it and then send it. i received my notice today and it says that you MUST inlcude it woth your medical otherwise the application will take longer or get denied.

My ND is 2005.

This is a theoretical discussion. Actually medical is part of the I-485 application package, so I don't see why we could not have it done earlier while expecting they will review it within 12 months.

Any other inputs?
