Hello everyone,
This is a fairly basic question but I need some advise. A friend has a mother whom is very ill in Senegal. He wants to bring her here (U.S) for some medical treatment, they don't even know what she has over there...
When she applys for a non-immigrant visa should she mention her need for medical assistance? Does it help or hurt her case?
