The Phys who took ur examination have these records, they won't just give u in quick fashion, most of img examination have no computer records. but the lab who gives u Vacine also give a small card to keep up to you and you wonn't need these vacince in ur life. may be u missed the vacine or card.
solutions is noone believe on oral claim. so either redone and do mention that u already have done last year so if dosage is important they would take care of it. or try to find the old rec or proof from ur phy office.
