Medical and Pregnancy

I got done with my interview and now I have to submit my Medicals and police clearance. My wife is pregnent. I read somewhere that they do an X-ray which won't be possible to do for my wife untill she delivers. She is in her 4th month. Will this cause any delay in processing?
I want to get done with medicals and land in canada in January because my H1 expires in Feb 2005 (March is the due date for our baby).

I had kind of similar situation but was not critical like this.
So, I wait for X-Ray for my Spouce. It delayed my process but as I mentioned I had lot room.

When we both went for medical , Doctors asked ,if she had any x-ray done in past. If you have any old X-ray for your wife that will work.
