Medi-Cal and Green Card??

Hi,

My wife is applying for a Green Card, will my American Citizen son being on Medi-Cal not Medicaid for a disability, affect the decision by the USCIS for her green card?

No. Even under the new public charge rule (which is not in effect as it has been blocked by the courts, and which, in any case, does not apply to Adjustment of Status applications filed before its effective date), benefits received by other family members including the immigrant's children are not considered; only benefits received by the immigrant is considered.
