Meaning of this message from USCIS ?

I received this message in a email from BCIS yesterday. The funny thing is neither me nor anyone from my lawyers office has made any queries regarding my case status. My case was filed in March this year in TSC (SRC041075xxxx) and it is too soon for anything to happen. Allthough I recently (this past week) did call BCIS for an address change. Could that have made them send this misleading email ?

I have the same situation. We called for changing the Address, and the LUD is changed and the same status message you got came.

In different threads, it's common, if we call the 800 number to change the address, nothing much important.

What do the CSRs or the tier 2 supervisors at on the 1-800 number say about this message? Has anyone asked them?

I had a screwed up message for almost 2 years. It said that USCIS had received my response to the RFE. Neither my lawyer nor I had ever received an RFE, much less responded to one. When I called TSC (at the time you could call TSC directly, not like today with the useless 1-800 number) they told me that their system does not show that an RFE was ever sent, even though it said that one was received.

They acknowledged that this made no sense.

The IIO's explanation was that another IIO working on somebody else's case pressed the wrong button for the wrong case number, and unintentionally changed the status on my case which stayed there until my case got transferred to Miami.
