Meaning of "On date, the document we made based on the approval or registration of th

I think I figured out the possible meaning of the message "On date, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

I got FP notices for me and my wife from my lawyer (notices that INS send to my lawyer) last week. The lawyer forwarded these to me.

Then yesterday I received an FP notice for me directly send to me by the INS. This was send on the date mentioned in the message.

But I did not get this direct notice for my wife, and her message has not changed.

My lawyer told me not to bother. She says this is just a duplicate.

Mine is just the opposite

I had two address changed AR-11 submitted with BCIS before all this happened.


I received FP Notices for me and my wife through the lawyer(which he got from BCIS).

Through mail from BCIS only my wife received. It had my old mailing address and forwareded to my new one. I still did not receive mine through BCIS.

Guess what the online status message says for me.
'The documents we ......'
and
for my wife The same old message ' ..... it will take 999 days...'

Having a lawyer proved valuable backup.

Other wise I would have ended in the hell of calling BCIS and finally ending up with 3 or 4 FP notices and it would continue there after..
