Me on H1 ---- Wife on EAD(back From India)

Hi all:
I am on H1 and have applied for 485 with RD of Jan 2000. My wife is on EAD and works here although on her passport is still stamped with a H4.
She just came back from India. At the port of entry-NY/JFK, although she told the officer that she is working and is on EAD the guy didnt ask for her parole papers or her EAD and wrote H4 on her I-94.
Will this be a problem duing GC interview or is it OK. Can I correct it from anywhere.
Please let me know!

as long as you have a valid visa according the rules (July 1999 on wards) even though you work on EAD and at POE they still want to use H4 visa to issue I-94 is fine.
i have seen lot of postings based on this.
