MD was Feb 15(My lawyer had sent papers for 485 to NEBRASKA on Feb 15), but so far the lawyer has\'t heard anything from the INS. It is more than three weeks.
Can anyone suggest what to do? Also INS has not yet encahsed the cheques sent ? Can anybody help
Any guy whose difference between RD and ND > 3 weeks?
