MCA from India and 5+ yrs exp in India. 1.5 yrs in USA. Trying for L2 to H1

Guys,
Please advise me of anything you know about from L2 to H1 with education from India.

I got MCA from India. Worked about 5+ yrs in India. Came here on L2.

I have working here for about 1.5 yrs on H1B. Currently in Verizon. I am planning to go to Ottawa Nov 23.

I am in status all the time.

Anybody has any advise for me?

Are you on H1 or L2?

You wrote that you have been working on H1B for 1.5 years so where does the L2 come into this?

I came on L2 and got H1B approval. Currently on H1B for about year and half. Hope this helps!
