My case is:
- I left company A and joined company B last year when I140 for company A was pending.
- I140 for company A was approved about two months after my moving to company B
- I only have 1 and a half year left for my H1-B
- Company B is working on my LC but hasn't been filed the LC application yet
Becuase it takes extemely long to get LC approval for extending 6 year H1-B status. I'm gonna take any chance to get GC. Any advices are appreciated.
