If for some reasons, my I485 has been denied,and then what I can do next? Do I have to be back to the first step of the whole green card application, or just re-apply I-485?
You would have to file an MTR (motion to reconsider) if you have a valid argument with their denial. If that's denied, you would have to leave the country. Not possible to re-apply, my friend.
If you still have valid H-1b visa, you can stay in US legally. What was the reason that your I485 was denied? I remember someone said that if you can find a new employer (using H-1B) to sponsor your GC, you can start all over again. I think this is true, but I am not 100% sure about this.
