May priority dates (EB3/India)

Anybody have any guesses about where EB3 India priority date will land for the month of May? Seeing the current trend in priority date movement for EB3/India recently (1 month, 2 month, 4 months, 5 months), it seems INS has plenty of visa numbers available but doesn\'t want to flood itself with cases that are current (and thus phones ringing off the hooks) and therefore is moving dates only at the pace they can handle.

That to me suggests that the priority date for EB3/India might move another 5-6 months this time.

What do other think?

Its anybody\'s guess. However since Department of State releases the Visa Number per INS request, your assumption may be true. Let\'s wait and see.
