May NIW affect existing LC or vise verser?

Hi Guys,

Anyone know if filing NIW by myself or the employer can affect the existing LC application? Or the existing LC will affect the NIW?

you or your emploeyer can file as many LC's of I-140's as your heart desires. There are some rumors that USCIS is cross checking for "frivolous" petitions (i.e. an NIW I-140 petition filed so that the individual can maintain status when a similar I-140 EA filed by that individual was just rejected or something like that). LC is also separate from the "premium" or non-LC categories.
