I created a new thread for May Jun July I140/485 Nebraska Concurrent Filers.
Please post your experinces.

My profile:
LCA (EB2) from WY state.
Receipt date: 30 Jun 2004.
 
I140/I485 filed Concurrently in MAY

EB3/RIR/NSC
RD 05/12/2004
ND 05/17/2004
I140
I485,EAD,AP (for self and spouse)
No news from NSC yet.
 
May NSC concurrent filing

Following are my I-140/485 concurrent filing details:

I-140 (EB3/RIR )
RD: 05/07/2004
ND: 05/14/2004

I-485/765/131 (Concurrently filed)
RD: 05/07/2004
ND: 05/14/2004

All the cases are updated on 05/20/2004, but no change in the status message at USCIS website and no news abt FP notice

Just an FYI guys. All the filers after April come under the memo. There are two forums already that address issues related to them. It will be easier to be on those forums and get the benefits of everyone's experiences rather than start new threads. Just a suggestion - you don't have to follow it.

No news from NSC yet.

- How much time it takes to get receipts?
- FP notice will come to me or my lawer or my employer?

Please let me know.

You will get receipts in the next week or so.
Sometimes it may take longer.

I got my FP directly from USCIS. I think the lawyer might have got a copy from USCIS.

RD = 6/1/04
ND = 6/3/04

No news so far.

Once NSC sends fingure printing notice, does the status gets updated online.
How will I know, if they have sent me fingure printing notice or not.
I have changed address since then and called INS for the address change and got it updated immedietely.

Yes the status gets updated online to say something like

"On June xx, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

However, I received the actual notice in mail five days before the online status got updated. The online update was immediately followed by an email informing me of the same.

Hi Friends,
My wife and I revceived the FP notice during the long weekend. The FP appointment date is 08/05/2004. But threre is no update on the case staus on USCIS web site.

Its surpirsing to see the from address on the envolope, its Vermont service center address. I have filed the I-140/485/765/131 concurrently at NSC.

I live in NY state. Do you think my applicaion has been transfered to VSC? Is that the reason there's no update in the case status even though I have received the FP notices?

Can anyone tell me if I can prepone the FP date?

Hi Lokesh

Don't worry. It was not updated for me also. Once your fingerprint is done they will update saying they received your finger print results.
 
Recieved FP on 6/28/04 - Website still not updated

I received my FP notice on 6/28/04. But the USCIS website is not yet updated (after 12 days).
So I guess it is kind of random.

Your case online status will get updated in couple of days ....In my case online status got updated only on 07/07/04 even though the FP notice envelopes were post marked 06/27/04.

My details are:

I-140/485/765/131 applied concurrently.
RD: 05/07/2004
ND: 05/14/2004
FP received 07/05 and online status updated about the FP notices.

Once I send in my I-140 and I-485 applications, after how much time will I receive the RD and/or ND.

approval between nonconcurrent and concurrent I 140 cases. If so what is

FP NOTICE: JUNE 20,2004/SCHEDULED FOR 07/30/2004 but finished our FP on 06/30/2004 itself.
Status got updated and waiting for EAD,AP,I140,I485 etc.. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
