The boss does not show strong support to my application. He always say he is busy and has no time to see the draft. I do not wait another 3 months or forever. Can I just ignore him and go ahead for NIW? letter from the boss is required? thank you for any reply.
Its not necessary to have your current boss's reco for NIW or EB1-EA as these are employer independent categories. The only thing necessary is to have sufficient number of letters (at least ten) letters from a variety of top people in the profession some of whome should be outside your sphere of influence.
