May I change my job to other state belonging to other service center?

Hi Everyone,
I desperately need advice for my situation now.
My I-140 is approved, and my I-485 has submitted more than 180 days in TSC, EAD card got it already.
May I change my job to one company in Chicago, which belongs to anther Service Center?
Really need help.

AC21 to the rescue

IMHO, AC21 allows you to change jobs after 180 days, as long as your new job description is the same as what's in the labour certification. I'm assumimng you're using EAD for the new job and not another H-1.

That's means I can change my job, right?

Thanks 007, If I'll change my job to Chicago (similar job as what I'm doing now), I will use EAD, so your reply means it's OK for me
to move to Chicago though my I-485 is in Texas now.

And I think all the guys with the same situation with me can cheer up with this news, only we ourselves know how many we should endure just for this GreenCard, and once we get freedom, we will realize how broad the sky is!
