May I apply I-485 in multiple centers?

Since it is taking long in TSC, may I apply I-485 in other center with using same I-140 receipt?. For applying in other center do we need to I mean my stay needs to be under that center or any where is fine?Gurus please help. Currently I applied concurrently in TSC.
