May I apply for AP in the local INS?

I filed I-485 form in NSC, here I urgently to know can I apply for AP in the local INS? Many thanks!

Yes, you can apply for AP to your local INS District office. But you will have to find out if the local INS Disctrict office accepts the application in person or only by mail. For me they only accept AP application my mail. Go to www.ins.gov, click on Field Offices and find your local INS Disctrict office and see what they say.
