My RD Aug. 13th, and ND Sept. 29th, AVM says,request for further evidence mailed to you on Feb. 15th.( which my attorney have not yet recieved).
Will let you know what they need to see further.

From what i have been noticing,it just might be some stupid
goofball in INS who put up this message instead of FP received!

I am positive, FP recieved message was there till 15th, later on it changed.

can you please post how yr convesation went in detail?
my RD is sep 7th, FP done on feb 13th and i just checked AVM, it says
FP results received on feb 15 and processing resumed

Just checked AVM, EAD has been approved today for spouse & self

FOR SELF AND SPOUSE (140 FOR CP, VSC)
PD 02/20/01 (EB3 INDIA)

AP 01/17/02
FP 02/26/02 (ALBANY, NY)
 
I do not want to be too pessimistic but since the FP was done on Feb 11th

It is possible that they found it not done correctly and have asked for a redo. There are still guys with march RD waiting. Anyway here\'s hoping for the best.

Hi Qba,

Do you know what the RFE is for? It could be for EAD or AP.
did you applu EAD? Because I have seen some postings on this site like "RFE for EAD... blah blah blah"

I don\'t want to sound pessimistic. I would also be very happy if VSC prcess 485 faster...

I got my EAD in Nov.
I did not apply for AP.
RFE details not known until my attorney recieve it. I am in contyact with him. Will post as soon as I get it,
 
qba: Where did you have your FP done? Baltimore or Weaton?

Since I know a lot of July filers are still waiting for FP notice

did my Fp at Baltimore, and since it is electronic/computer based, you immediately come to know that prints are clear and readable.
