May 21, 2003 I-140 EB2 with CP option APPROVED

Hi,

Today my EB2 case with CP option approved.

Looking at the questions at various approved cases, I am trying
to give here as much details as possible.

Here are the details.

Mailing Date MD 05/15/2003
Receipt Date RD 05/16/2003
Notice Date ND 05/21/2003
Approval Date AD 03/16/2004


Labor was applied in NY SESA JUNE 08, 2001
Labor approved from NY DOL MAY 01, 2003

Labor Requirement : MS in Comp Sc + 1 year experience
Labor Salary : 80000 USD/annum

I had masters in comp sc from IIT MADRAS (1996) + 8 years experience

Lawyer sent the following documents:

Letter from the company VP stating that company turnover is around 700 million with 400+ employees
W-2 for the year 2002 ( reading 130,000 USD )
IIT Madras Comp Sc Master Degree
Education evaluation

I also noticed that along with me following 4 other cases got approved today.

I am seeing lot of activity for May 21 eac series since march 1st.

How did you find the status of other cases, if you can please share it.
Any idea ,other cases you mentioned are all EB2's or some EB3 also.
I have EB3 with CP and Receipt date in JUN06.

It is good to know EB2 with CP is in May now. VSC is moving along...it appears that your case was straight forwards so No RFEs.

The company size matters at I140.
