It online status says it will take 275-300 days for I140 processing.

Took CP route.

How long will it take to get your I-140 Approved if you take CP ?

As per the forums, it is taking 6-9 months for TSC to process I140 cases.

According to my attorney, processing of I140 does not depend on CP or 485.
