Got email from USCIS, case was transferred
“ On October 18, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in PHILADELPHIA, PA for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in PHILADELPHIA, PA will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283”
My case is NIW. Right now I am postdoc at U of Penn and I am going to move another university located in center US at the beginning of next year. The new position is a permanent position and i am still working on environmental science area. Will this affect my case? How long it will take PHILADELPHIA to schedule interview with me. Thanks
