I am now in 2nd EAD and 2nd AP, and waitind for FP.

Another May 02 ...,

Is it something wrong with the May 02 cases..,

No FP yet. Got my second EAD. Waiting on second AP.

before the move to nsc there was a wave of fp approvals and they were giving to a lot who called and was more than a year old. they moved to nsc system in apr/may 03 and almost all of us missed out

2nd EAD+AP

It was >180days for AP and I called 1-800 #.
Lady was soft spoken and assured that AP will arrive in a month's
time.
After a week, I received a letter from NSC describing my
request to check for the status and a week later (last week)
received my 2nd AP.
When I enquired about FP, she said early FP does not mean
quick AD. She said if all the paper work is done right then
approval should come thro' within 999 days !!!

IIO ordered a manual FP for me back in the day when TSC still had a telephone. But it hasn't seemed to help. Online status has not been updated.
