Finally, our I-485 petition was approved by VSC. Got the courtesy copy in the mail yesterday. Here are the details:
Labor applied - Dec 2000
Labor approved - Dec 2001
I-140 applied - Feb 2002
I-140 approved - March 2002
I-485 ND - 5/8/2002
FP1 - 7/27/2002
FP2 - 1/28/2004
I-485 AD - 5/26/04
Totally 3 APs, 3 EADs(for wife only). No RFE. I have been with the same company. Changed address before labor got approved. 3rd AP was approved a week after request to expedite was placed(though the request was turned down). I applied for my first EAD on 5/19/04 and it seems like that might have triggered the approval. I wish everyone good luck for their approvals.
