May 2002 FP Notice

It has been a while since last time I heard something about my i 485, finally the FP notice arrive to my OLD house, thank God my cousin still lives there, I changed my address back in oct 2004 and still got my FP notice to old address, well at this point I don't really care much. I think my EAD may have pull some strings in TSC since I am a May 2002 filer, and FP notice is for feb 25, will try early FP this friday, this just gave me new hopes, It has been a long journey that is hopefully soon to be over.
 
congrats on the FP notice- Finally And good luck getting it done early.

we also changed our address and six months later- after a confirmation letter of change of address from USCIS, our FP's went ot old address too!
 
Glad to hear about your FP notice. The journey will hopefully be over soon for us 2002 filers!

'Fappistion' and 'Lastminute', May I ask both of you a question?
I learned that you both change address and received FP on old address. I am assuming here that you both

1. Filed AR-11
2. sent/fax letter TSc to update ur file with new address

is both event are right?

Did you both get confirmation letter that your address has been updated from USCIS?

Did your attorney also get the FP?

to add to my details- my attorney got FP notice- which she fedex-ed to me so I could get mine doen without waiting for USCIS to re-route notice. (it finally made it to me three days after my FP's had been recieved by USCIS)

Thanks to update.

I am same on boat, moved recently, filed AR-11, called to 800 no to update my file, + sent a letter to TSC to update my file. After move also file 3rd EAD in Early Dec, still pending EAD. first time in two year 485 LUD changed and std msg "we resposne your concern..blah blah" both LUD is same, No EAD approval yet, even USCIS site shows Jan 05 :D . just waiting for EAD approval and hoping FP notice soon.

trying to keep in touch with old landlord. I had sour experience in 140 after typo mistake they resent the letter to old address instead of attorney. along with un-delivered envelope as proof that they did sent.


Just trying to learn from others exp, I und that not all cases and situation are same.

I called, sent AR-11, got confirmation address, even went to congressman and confirmed they had my new address, I got a letter from congressman saying new address was register, by the way I file EAD online dec 27 of 2004, and already got the approval of my EAD, l'm just waiting for actual EAD.

I filed EAD (paper file) First week of Dec 2004. waiting for FP. hope soon it would be approved. :D
