May 2002 case, what else I can do?

May 2002 case, FP Oct 2004, 3 inquiries with no response, FBI said they return my FP result same day, and haven't reply my email on name check yet, heard it will have 1-2 month. Local USICS office told me my case is with TSC center, but I can't reach TSC center, 800 number will only do another inquiry (3 pervious attemp are no success...), congress man told me another inquiry was put in, but not responese yet neither... lawyer said they can't do anything other than inquiry and more inquires...what other option do I have?

Sep 02 case...FP done in Nov-04.
Called TSC to initiate a inquiry....My lawyer initiated another inquiry....NO response from TSC for either of the inquiries.

Really frustrating.....

How can we do next?
 
lztx, you can send a congressman inquiry, at least that's how I got to know my name check was pending, they can't do anything about it, so lI'll have to wait.

Same ordeal here RD/ND 5/3/02 , FP 11/20/04 , made 2 inquiries already no responce , feeling very fustrated at the whole system , called service center today they say i still have to wait .

Nothing is coming out of Texas.

I am going to have a demonstration in DC and then leave this country.

It is not worth the wait.
 
Same here. I made an inquiry myself and the lawyer made another through AILA in January. So far there is no response. Maybe TSC should start to post their processing date on inquires!

Made another call to the 800 number, this time after some twisting, I was able to talk to a supervisor, and she is actually nice, of course she put another inquiry for me (5th!!!), but this time I actually got a reference number to refer to when I call back 30 days later... She told me sometimes TSC officer pay more attention to the inquiry submitted by an officer than the 'normal' ones. I truely truely hope she is right...
 
No one understand what's going on only with TSC. My friend who applied for labor 1 month after me, already got the grren card in the month of december..But the difference is he has applied through VERMONT.
It is really sad to feel different feelings for different INS centers...
