What's going on with this - EAC-02-185-53425 Maximo Balonos May 2002 approval? How can the Adjustment date be before the receipt date in Rupnet? And how can his country be USA?
 
Looks like an error. If you enter that EAC# into INS' status check, you will see "I-140 received....."
