Did my first FP in April '03 after several fax inquiries. Did an address change in December '03 and got a letter from a CAO (Chief Adjudications Officer?) telling me that they are working on Dec '01 cases so shut the fuck up even though all I had asked for was an address change and didn't ask any other questions.
