May 01 I485 approval

Hi Guy's,

The online message says that myself/wife I485 was approved on Nov'20, 2003.

I am yet to receive the approval notice.

ND: 08-May-2001 (SRC-01-167-XXXXX)
FP: 02-JAN-2003
NO RFE's
Yes I did change the employer, did not inform to INS about my changing.
Yep, I contacted the Texas Congressman Tom Delay, meaning I gave all my info to enquire. the immigration specialist said she has sent an enquiry to INS. I really do not know if this helped me or not.

Question:
Right now I live in Atlanta, my I485 address is houston address(my brother address). Can I go for stamping in Atlanta. I do not want to change the I485 address. Please let me know.

Congratulations to you! Did you call TSC to ask for FP notice manually? When did you seek for Congressman's help? Did you get any reply from TSC after you seek Congressman's help? What is the reason you asked for Congressman's help, although your case is still beyond the official processing time. Thanks.

First of all congratulations to you and enjoy the freedom

Can you please tell me if your online message change after the FP because me and my wife never change and our file # is SRC01172xxxxx which is 5 cases after your case, so may be I am next (god willing).

Any suggestions to speed up the process?

I think it is manullay requested, my wife used to call several times during last year last quarter. Finally my wife got the FP, after 2 weeks I got mine too.

We both visited Houston INS offcie this sep-03 to get emergency AP, during that time I visited the congressmans office droped my info (no specialist was there to talk). Before this I wrote a letter to the same office begining of March-03, they replied me with the processing date status.

Please can any one answer my Question, that I initially posted.

It is a pity nobody answered your question. Would you take up this voluntary job of answering questions when all other folks are self absorbed in their own rd/nd pits???
