Anybody....

I am confused to file my AP which place I send out AP application with documment? Is there anybody to know? Please advised me.

My casi is as follows.

2004.6 filed I-140& I-485 (EB3)
2005.3.30 approved I-140
2005.6.3 transfer to Cincinneti local office in Ohio from Nebraska center
2005.6.18 received I-485 transfer notice letter from Nebraska to Cincineti,OH

I will renew my AP because My 1st AP will expire 7/21/05 .

Question

1. Where I send out my AP application to Nebraska center or Cincinneti local
office ,OH?
Do you know the address in Cincinneti,OH local office address for filing AP?
Please advise me I can't find the address.

2. My Ap will expire 7/21/05.
I am planning to travel out of country on July 06,2005.
Is it no problem to return USA before my AP expire on 07/21/05 ?

Lincoln, NE 68501-7131

Find the address in NSC "about us" site, scroll down to find the address list for different applications.
