Max unchanged LUD Status

My LUD on 140 changed more than a month back and just stuck there. Has anyone seen a change on their LUD Date and not heard for more than a month.

Is this normal????

Mine is in the same state. My LUD is 6/28 and did not change after that.
It is stuck. I don't know what it means....
