Dear Sir,
I am currently in H-1B, traveled to US in both L-1B and H-1B.
I returned to India from my L-1B on 29-Aug-2014 due to my L-1B extension got denied. My H-1B got approved in CAP to work from 01-Oct-2014 (Receipt date 21-Apr-2014; Notice date 30-May-2014), but I was unable to travel back to USA due to non availability of the position, then my employer filed amendment on 24-Jun-2015 for another client and got approved to work from 22-Jan-2016. I traveled to US on 21-May-2016 (my first entry to US on H-1B).
Will I be getting full 6 years on my H-1B since I had more than 365 days out of US from my last exist on L-1B (29-Aug-2014) and my first entry to US on H-1B (21-May-2016) (I was not in US from 30-Aug-2014 to 20-May-2016) or My L-1B stay will be added with H-1B stay to compute max out. Please clarify.
