Can someone with MS degree in United States file I-140 in EB-3 category? I ask because EB3 is faster than EB2 at Vermont

Yes, you can file for EB3 (and you are allowed to file EB2 also)

Hi all:

I just want to clarify:

Can one file an I140 both under the EB2 and EB3 category AT THE SAME TIME??

Does it depend on the requirements of the job? meaning - if the job requires a Masters degree, then one can ONLY file under EB2 and not EB3 or both?? IS THIS TRUE??

I have filed under EB2 and am wondering if I can file another I140 under EB3 to take advantage of faster EB3 processing at VSC.
