I have a 3 year Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, followed by a 3 year Master's degree (MCA) in Computer Science from a University in India. Can this be treated as equivalent to a US Master's degree for the purposes of filing EB2 in Perm ? Or will there be any issues in education evaluation with DOL or when processing I-140 ?
 
Possible RFEs for 3-yr degree

I have heard people are getting RFEs at the i140 stage even for a dual 3-year degree, please consult a lawyer regarding this. Also check out the discussion on the following link regarding this:

3 year bachelor degree

I have a 3 year bachelor degree (B.sc Computer Science) from India and a Master's degree (MS in computer science) from a university in US. I am filing for perm with masters requirement for the position(EB2). will there be any issues in education evaluation with DOL or when processing I-140 since I have a three year bachelors degree and not a 4 year bachelors degree? Any body please advise
