I am planning to file EB2 PERM (requirements Masters + 0 years experience), for a position Computer Systems Analyst. My attorney put answer to H12 as "YES" ie (NO BUSINESS NECCESSITY).
I read on this forum, some time back that, we need to check H12 as "NO" if we put "Masters" as education requirements for any Software title otherwise the perm application gets denied. Can someone please give me the opinion. Its kind of urgent, since my attorney planning to file the case early next week.
