I Applied For Asylum, And I Was Called For A Master Hearing In May 2005, May Someone Please Tell Me What Happens At A Master Hearing. On The Document I RecieveD From Them There WAS No Letter With Charges The Gov Has Against Me. Please Assist

At the Master Hearing you will present your case to the Asylum Officer or the Judge that why should you be given asylum in the US. I am sure you have a lawyer.

Do you get your the approval or decline at the master hearing, or there are other hearings you have attend after the Master hearing.

If you don't have a lawyer I would strongly suggest you get one and if you have one and has not explained (discussed) to you how the process works to get asylum but is just doing the applications and getting the money get another one...Master hearing is "it" if you blow it will get harder after...

no approval or decline at master hearing.usally there is individual hearing after that where decision is made .
