Hi,
I applied H1b through Master Quota. I got denied. Now, I applied Motion to Reopen/Appeal. I don't know when i get the status. I want to keep back up. I want to apply I 20. One of my friend tole me that I can't apply I20 while case Status is "This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred".
Let me know, is it possible or not. Please urgent. In Schools, Admission Process is already started. I want to apply for I20.
