Got my new case Number

Just today I got mail from attorney with new ETA case # along with my 45 day letter.

Case # P-051xx-xxxxx

Could you post two more digits of the case #:
P-015??-xxxxx

This will give us an idea when your case was keyed into the PBEC database.

No 45 days letter notification yet

I have'nt recieved a 45 days letter notification yet. My case is filed from MA having a PD Dec. 12 2003, EB3 RIR. Last year in May I recieved a letter from MA dept. of labor that my case is moved to PBEC but after that no response. If anyone of you are also in same situation, please let me know.

I am still waiting for 45 days letter notice. My PD is Dec. 09 2003, MA, EB3, RIR. Do you know anyone having PD near me & still waiting for 45 days letter notice
