Mass remand of Labor?? Please help..!

Please help!

I need to find the meaning of "mass remand" of Labor by DOL. Does it mean that DOL at one time decided to send the applications back to State without retest or is it always required for DOL to have sent a letter for retest to the company that filed the application? Was there a time
last year that DOL just remanded applications to State? This is in California.

There is a news bit that says all mass remanded applications are being recalled by DOL and I need to find out if mine was part of the "mass remand" or not. My company got a letter to retest for my application.

Please help.. any information would be greatly appreciated.

"Retest" will be required. New situations giving birth to new terminologies, think about summer remanded, winter remanded, etc.
Don't worry and goodluck.
BTW post your question CA thread, you should get exact wording, if any, from the participants in similar situation.
