Marrying after getting H-1 and applying for spouse

I have applied for H-1 (premium) week (11 June 2004). I am on OPT that expires 02/2005.

1. Is it true that I will get approval NOW and my work duration starts from Oct 2004?

2. If I get approval now and after that I get married, I apply for my spouse, will I be able to start my spouse process before Oct 2004?

3. If her application get approved as well, can she enter US, even before Oct 2004?
