Hi! I Was Hoping You Could Help My Friend. He Wants To Marry Her Girlfriend Who Is A Nurse. The Guy Just Divourced His Wife And He Had A Son With Her. The Divource Went Ok. The Guy Is Still In Status But He Needs A Petitioner. He Wants To Marry The Nurse(she Is Single). The Nurse Also Wants To Marry Him And She Intends To Include Him In Her Green Card Application. She Is About To File Her Green Card Through An Employer. He Is Asking If This Will Give Him A Green Card At The Same Time As His Would Be Wife? Thank S A Lot For Your Input.
 
I think she can include him in her employment base GC as far as the employer approved it I think, but I think you would like to go to the forum for Employment Based applications. I just don't understand what is the specification that she is a nurse and single...?
