G Gilbert Active Member Oct 11, 2003 #2 It is going to be hard. It is necessary to have the CIS to waive the fraudulent entry. If you are NOT applying as a refugee/asylee, such waivers are almost impossible obtain. So your best course of action is to be patient for the asylee adjustment process to run its course.
