Thats a risky situation. If her visa is valid, and if at POE she is asked about you, that might create a problem. If she is not asked about anything except studies or school, she can sail in. Depends.
u can probably mitigate the risk by filing her I-485 and get her an advance parole. That way she can enter on advance parole.
However, check out if filing I-485 would jeopardize her current F-1 status. And even if it does, can she continue her studies on I-485 status?

The bigger question is whether you can even file I-485 for her with the priority date retrogression.
