marry after GC

I got my GC already. If I marry sb who is in F1/H1 status, is there any problem for her own GC application or travel out of country, suppose she is still in F1/H1 status, pls differ in 2 visa status.

If the spouse is in H1 status and got laid off, is she still legal to stay in US?
